Standard Shipping will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery depending on the weight and location it is shipping to. If shipped from our location you will receive a tracking number via email when the order ships.
Many of these orders will ship directly from the manufacturer. When shipping from the manufacturer these items will ship via Fedex or UPS ground. Orders shipped from a manufacturer will not receive the tracking number when shipped.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.
Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Many of the items on this site are custom made to fit your specifications. Be sure to read carefully the description as NO custom items are returnable. If your order is placed via the telephone you are responsible to check and make sure the confirmation is correct.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call (866)-258-1554 or email Sales@customhardware-n-more.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the shipper. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customhardware-n-more strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Take extra care to insure items are packaged well. Adding extra packaging and being sure items can not rub on each other in shipping. Often boxes will need to be reinforced or require a new box all together to insure corners are not damaged.
Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. Customhardware-n-more is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to Customhardware-n-more even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by Customhardware-n-more. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
