Wall Vent Covers - Decorative Return Air Grill

These made to order wall vents are a great way to enhance the look of your home without all the hassel of remodeling. These vents are made of 18 gauge steel that is 1/8" thick. These perticular vents are for the wall only and are not intended for floor use. With 34 design options to choose from you are sure to find what you're looking for. The sizes are completely customizable, therefore if you don't see the size you need simply contact us for a quote. Each grille comes with matching screw holes for installation and has a powder coat finish which prevents against chipping and rusting.

Wall Vent Cover Dimensions:

• Each faceplate will measure 1/8" thick
• Return grilles sit inside the hole opening 3/4" deep
• Custom sizes are available, more information below

The outside dimensions will vary depending on the actual size of the grille. Please see chart below;

Tip: When ordering, make sure to measure your actual hole opening size and based your order off that. For example, a hole size of 14" x 8" will need a 14" x 6" grille. All sizes are width x height unless otherwise requested. 

All return vents can be customized to your specific hole opening size. If you require a size that is not listed above, you can still place your order online. Here are the instructions:

• Measure your hole opening (example: 9.5" x 7.75")
• Order the closest size you can find to your measurement, but slighly larger (example 10" x 8")
• Then, in the order notes section make sure to type in the actual hole opening size and faceplate dimensions you are needing.

Once the order is received by our processing department we will calculate the actual cost of the item and refund you the difference. In some cases, additional costs may apply. (Cost is based on the square inch of the grille therefore the difference will be minimal)

Please note: These items are special order, non returnable and cannot be canceled once an order has been placed. The usual lead time of these items are 1 to 3 weeks to be manufactured (this time frame does not include transit times which may vary).

Color samples of the finish options are available upon request. A small deposit fee is required which will then be refunded once color samples are returned to us.
